页岩气藏水平井大液量多段压裂工艺的实际应用

摘要: 页岩气作为非常规能源,其开采技术手段目前主要以水平井加大液量多段压裂为主。文章分析了页岩气藏储层大液量多段压裂工艺技术的难点,并从地面供液流程设计、分段压裂完井工具优选、压裂液体系及支撑剂选型、井口装置设计等方面阐述了实际应用情况,介绍了压裂效果。文章认为,建页HF-1井的成功为后期页岩气水平段大液量多段压裂改造工艺积累了技术及现场实施的经验。

Abstract: As a rising unconventional energy, the mining technology of shale gas is multi-fracturing with massive fluid within horizontal well. The technical difficulties of multi-fracturing with massive fluid were analyzed according to the formation characteristics of shale gas reservoir. The application was illustrated, including process design of surface feed fluid, optimization of multi-fracturing completion tools, selection of fluid system and proppant, and design of wellhead equipment. Experience of technical and field operation has been accumulated for multi-fracturing technology with massive fluid from Well Jianye HF-1.
