摘要： 威德福公司是一家全球领先的老牌专业石油工程技术服务公司。公司是通过资本和技术收购而快速壮大,拥有多项世界领先的优势技术,包括欠平衡系统、套管钻井、打捞服务、油管、螺杆泵、活塞泵、人工举升、电潜泵、智能完井、可膨胀防砂筛管、生产自动化、油田优化等。近年来,公司逐渐意识到自主研发的重要性,调整了技术创新战略,专注于特定领域的技术和产品研发。文章介绍了该公司技术创新的组织和管理、技术获取方式和优势技术领域。

Abstract: Weatherford is a leading professional oilfield service company. It expanded quickly through capital utilization and technology acquisition. Weatherford owns a lot of leading technologies in the world, such as under-balanced system, casing drilling, fishing service, oil pipe, screw pump, artificial lift, electric submersible pump, intelligent well completion, inflatable sand control screen, production automation and oilfield optimization, etc. Recently, Weatherford realized the significance of independent R&D, adjusted its innovation strategy, and focused on research and development of technologies and products in special fields. This paper introduces the innovation organization and management, technology acquisition method, dominant technology fields of the company.
