摘要： 文章介绍了挪威国家石油公司技术创新能力的建设历程,以及技术创新的组织与管理,包括技术战略规划、技术创新组织体系、科技投入、科技人员管理等。该公司认为技术创新是推动业务发展的关键动力因素,通过开发与业务需求相匹配的技术以获得产业领先地位。

Abstract: This paper describes Statoil's constructing process of technological innovation capability, and its organization and management of technological innovation, including strategic technology planning, technological innovation organization system, and technological investment and staff. Statoil regards that technological innovation has played a vital role in promoting its business development. It will have a leading position in the world by developing technologies matching to business requirements.
