摘要： 我国管道建设近年来取得长足进步,现已拥有了先进的管道设计、施工、运行和维修的成熟经验,跻身于世界管道大国。文章系统介绍了国外长输管道和我国长输管道建设的发展情况,并就我国管道建设上的差距和需要努力的目标进行了分析。与此同时,还根据我国西气东输三线、四线和五线的特点,对施工规范标准、施工装备和施工技术等方面提出了意见和建议。

Abstract: China pipeline construction has progressed a lot in recent years. China now has owned advanced pipeline design, construction, operation and maintenance, and thus ascended into the top. This paper introduces the development of long-distance pipeline construction both at home and abroad, and analyzes the gap with other countries and the goal to be achieved. Meanwhile, it presents some suggestions on the construction criteria, equipment and technology, according to the characteristics of the third, fourth and fifth of West-East Gas Pipeline.
