摘要： 为满足当前油气钻探作业对钻井数据进行实时监控,实现安全优质钻井,渤海钻探第一录井公司自主研发了具有独立自主知识产权的高端钻井参数监控仪表——DML钻井参数仪。它采用了独立系统服务器,分别采集传感器模拟信号和脉冲传感器信号,并与触摸屏配合使用,形成一套完整的钻井参数监控系统,可实现现场数据实时监测、声光两级报警、网络远程传输共享等功能。该参数仪的研制打破了当前国内钻井仪表技术落后,国外先进技术封锁、造价居高不下的局面,提高了国内钻井装备的综合水平。

Abstract: No.1 Mud Logging Company of CNPC Bohai Drilling Engineering Company Limited develops an advanced drilling parameter monitoring instrument, i.e. DML drilling parameter indicator, with independent intellectual property rights, so as to meet the needs of real-time data monitoring in oil and gas exploration and achieve safety and quality drilling. The indicator uses an independent system server, acquiring sensor analog signals and sensor pulse signals respectively, forming a complete drilling parameters monitor system together with touch screen, and fulfills such functions as real-time data monitoring, audible and visual alarm, and network remote transfer, etc. It changes backwardness of domestic drilling instrument and improves the capability of domestic drilling equipment comprehensively in the circumstance of blockade of advanced foreign techniques and soaring price.
