摘要： 可视化是近年来新发展起来的一个研究和开发十分活跃的技术领域,它将计算机图形、图像处理和计算机视觉等技术应用于科学计算领域,目前已在各个学科中得到广泛的应用。文章主要探讨了可视化技术的概念、发展、系统组成及其在石油行业中的应用和前景。

Abstract: Visualization has been well developed in recent years. It means to apply the technologies of computer graphics, image processing, and computer vision to the field of scientific calculation. Now it has been widely applied in all kinds of subjects. This paper mainly discusses the concept, development, system configuration of the visualization technology as well as its applications and development prospects in petroleum industry.
