Natural Gas Hydrate Production Technology and Outlook of Its Prospect

摘要: 全球天然气水合物资源丰富,分布广泛,在未来能源战略中占有重要地位。目前已有30多个国家和地区对其开展了相关研究,其中,美国和日本已经成功进行了实采试验,并将于2015年和2018年实现商业化开采。文章介绍了全球天然气水合物资源分布及开发现状,梳理了天然气水合物勘探开发关键技术及发展方向,对未来20年全球开采进程进行了预测,为使我国早日跻身全球天然气水合物研究开发前列,提出了进一步明确攻关方向、适时推进试采工作、加强国内外技术交流合作等具体建议。

Abstract: Natural gas hydrate resource is abundant and widely-distributed worldwide and has an important position in the future energy strategy. More than 30 countries and regions in the world have currently conducted the related study of natural gas hydrate. The United States and Japan have successfully tested production of natural gas hydrate, with commercial production scheduled between 2015 and 2018. This paper briefs about distribution and current conditions of global natural gas hydrate resource and elaborates the key technology and development orientation of natural gas hydrate exploration and development. It also predicts global production process in the next two decades. To help China participate in global natural gas hydrate study as soon as possible, this paper comes up with the concrete suggestions on further research orientation, promotion of trial production at appropriate time and expansion of technological cooperation both at home and abroad.
