地面交联酸携砂压裂工艺技术开发及其发展方向

摘要: 常规加砂压裂存在着一定程度的技术局限性,难以满足复杂油气藏储层改造的需求。近几年来,我国地面交联酸开发研究获得进展,开发出几种交联酸体系,其中有两种已经进行了现场试验,取得了初步成功。为此,文章介绍了地面交联酸的特性,分析了在泥质砂岩和火山岩储层油藏使用地面交联酸携砂压裂先导试验实例。作者认为这两个实际例子显示出了地面交联酸携砂压裂工艺技术的先进性和实用性,适应了复杂油气藏储层改造的地质需求。

Abstract: Conventional sand fracturing has some technical limitations, and it is difficult to meet the demand of complex reservoir geological transformation. In recent years, progress has been made in the development and study of ground linked acid, several types of associated acid system have been developed and two have been tested successfully. This paper introduces the characteristics of ground associated acid, analyzes the pilot test of ground associated acid carrying sand fracturing in argillaceous sandstone and volcanic rock reservoir. The author in this paper believes that the two examples show the advantages and practicability of the technology and it meets the demand of complex reservoir geological transformation.
