稠油油藏开采配套工艺技术研究

摘要: 吉林长春岭油田比较复杂,原油黏度大,地层温度低,油层压力低,先后开展了蒸汽吞吐、蒸汽驱、热水驱、火烧油层等开发试验。为满足上述开采方式的需要,研究开发了适合本区开发特点的高温四参数测试技术,毛细管压力监测技术,注、采、冲、防一体管柱,热电偶连续井温观测技术,直读压力监测及生产全过程压力监测等配套工艺技术。上述技术不但满足了稠油油藏的开发需要,而且大大减少了作业工序,降低了作业成本,收到了较好的效果,为取全取准各项开发资料及开发评价提供了坚实的保障。文章详细介绍了长春岭油田采用的相关配套工艺技术,为相似油田的开发提供借鉴。

Abstract: The reservoir in Changchunling Oilfield is complicated, which features in high oil viscosity and low formation temperature and pressure. Steam huff and puff, steam flooding, hot water flooding and fire flooding have been conducted successively in the oilfield. To meet the requirements of the production methods mentioned above, systematic technologies suitable for the area are developed, such as the high-temperature four-parameter testing technology, the capillary pressure monitoring technology, the pipe string technology integrating injection, production, stroke and prevention, the thermoecouple-based continuous well temperature inspecting technology, the direct reading pressure monitoring technology and the pressure monitoring technology for the whole process of production. These technologies could not only meet the requirement of heavy oil reservoir development, but also reduce working procedures and cost, laying solid basis for obtaining thorough and precise information for development. This paper introduces the systematic technologies applied in Changchunling Oilfield, which could be valuable reference for development of similar oilfields.
