Current Conditions and Development Trend of Foreign Phased Fracturing Technology for Horizontal Well

国外水平井分段压裂技术发展现状与趋势

Abstract: With Horizontal well put into application on a large scale, many foreign companies have tested phased fracturing technology for horizontal well since 2002. This technology is basically perfected and suitable for different well completion conditions after a decade of development. The main phased horizontal well fracturing technology can be classified into three categories: hydraulic jet phased fracturing technology, open-hole packer phased fracturing technology and quick drilling bridge-plug phased fracturing technology. Of those, open-hole packer phased fracturing technology finds widest application. Starting from 2007, phased horizontal well fracturing technology became the main technology for non-conventional oil and gas development and was put into application on a large scale in North America. Currently, more than 30 foreign companies are available for providing phased horizontal well fracturing equipment and technological service. Those companies acquired this technology mainly through independent research and acquisition. There will be four development trends for phased horizontal well fracturing technology in the future——high diversion fracturing, phase-multiplied fracturing, screen fracturing and sweet spot detecting while fracturing.

摘要: 2002年以来,随着水平井的规模应用,国外许多公司开始尝试水平井分段压裂技术,经过近10年的发展,现已形成较为完善的适应不同完井条件的水平井分段压裂技术。主流的水平井分段压裂技术主要有水力喷射分段压裂技术、裸眼封隔器分段压裂技术和快钻桥塞分段压裂技术3类,其中裸眼封隔器分段压裂技术应用最为广泛。2007年开始,水平井分段压裂技术成为非常规油气开发的主体技术,开始在北美大规模应用。目前国外能够提供水平井分段压裂工具及技术服务的公司有30多家,这些公司主要通过自主研发、并购和引进等方式获取该项技术。未来,水平分段压裂技术的发展方向主要有4个,即:高导流能力压裂、段数倍增压裂、缝网压裂、随压甜点探测。
