Abstract: Downward offset barbell walking beam pumping unit is similar to conventional one. It just adds a barbell in the end of walking beam, and balance the well load with the crank together, reducing the reducer peak torque and making torque curve more uniform. This paper introduced the structure, special techniques, technical parameters, working principle, lab experiment, field test and application of the pumping unit, and pointed out that it could save energy better and was applicable for mid-deep oil production.

摘要： 下偏杠铃抽油机结构和常规抽油机结构类似,只是在游梁尾部增加了一个杠铃装置,使其与曲柄一起平衡井口载荷,从而降低了减速器峰值扭矩,使扭矩变化更加均匀。文章介绍了该类型抽油机的结构、特色技术、技术参数、工作原理、室内实验、现场试验及应用情况,指出该抽油机具有较好的节能效果,适合于中深采油井使用。
