Abstract: The wet mixing filtrate loss agent, DSHJ agent, is developed to control the filtrate loss of cement slurry for exploratory wells in Daqing Oilfield. The agent can be dissolved in water at room temperature and control the filtrate loss efficiently. This paper introduced the composite and working mechanism of the new agent. Indoor experimental result showed that this slurry system featured in low water loss, high strength, water and gas channeling resistance and good dynamic mechanical properties. Since tested in wellsite in 1999, the agent has been used in more than 1,000 wells and obtained good results.

摘要： 为解决大庆探区探井水泥浆降滤失的问题,中国石油大庆钻探工程公司钻井工程技术研究院研制出了一种深井湿混降失水剂——DSHJ降失水剂。该降失水剂可在常温下溶于水中,能有效地控制水泥浆的滤失。文章介绍了该产品的组成和作用机理,室内实验证明,该水泥浆体系具有低失水、高强度、抗水气窜、水泥石动态力学性能好等特点,1999年进入现场试验以来,至今已经推广使用了上千口井次,取得了较好的效果。
