Key Offshore Marginal Oilfield Drilling and Completion Technologies

Abstract

Abstract: To realize highly effective development of marginal oil and gas fields, according to the characteristics of marginal oilfields and drilling and completion technologies in Bohai Bay conventional oilfields, key offshore marginal oilfield drilling and completion technologies are proposed, including twinhole-in-monobore technology, logging while drilling (LWD) technology and rotary navigation drilling technology (RND), real-time visual decisionmaking system, pilot hole drilling technology and horizontal drilling technology, horizontal open-hole screen and gravel pack sand control completion technology, and single hole double pump technology. The optimized fast drilling and completion technology is thereby improved. The key technologies have been successfully applied in Qinhuangdao 33-1 Oilfield, saving the drilling period and effectively enhancing oilfield development. The successful development of marginal oil fields in Bohai Bay enables the marginal oilfield drilling and completion technologies to be upgraded greatly, laying a solid basis for future development of Bohai Bay oilfields.

摘要： 为有效开发边际油气田,根据边际油田的特点及渤海湾常规油田的钻完井技术,提出了海上边际油田钻完井关键技术,主要包括单筒双井技术、随钻测井及旋转导向钻井技术、实时可视随钻决策系统、领眼技术及水平井钻井技术、水平生产井采用裸眼下优质筛管+砾石充填防砂完井技术、单井双泵技术。该关键技术的提出进一步完善了海上优快钻完井技术,在秦皇岛33-1油田的成功使用,节省了钻井工期,有效提高了油田的开发效果,渤海湾边际油田的成功开发使渤海湾边际油田钻完井技术有了很大提高,为以后渤海湾边际油田的开发奠定了基础。
