Abstract: Oil production will be up to 30 million tons in 2010 in Bohai Oilfield, so many oil and gas fields would be put into production before the year of 2010 with pressing time limit. The traditional "train-like" management mode did not adapt to the situation, so Tianjin Branch of CNOOC Ltd. broke the traditional management mode, innovated management ideas and applied new mode, that is "diluting interface moderately, integrating exploration and development and optimizing management program". Consequently, many oilfields' ODP had been finished before 2007, which is a solid basis for the production in 2010.

摘要： 2010年渤海油田产量上3000×10⁴ t,大量油气田要在2010年前投产,时间紧迫,常规的"列车式"管理已不适应新形势的需要。公司创新管理观念,打破常规管理模式,应用了"适度淡化界面、勘探开发一体化、优化前期管理程序"的管理模式,使大批油田在2007年前完成整体开发方案(ODP),为2010年产量上3000×10⁴ t打下扎实的基础。
