Abstract: There is a need for improvement of drilling technology due to exploration and development of non-conventional oil and gas and resources in deep layers, deepwater areas and polar areas as well as new energy technological development. The new achievements of foreign drilling technology made in recent years include high-efficiency tripping rig and automatic rig, high-efficiency PDC bit and auxiliary rock-breaking tool, high slope rotary steering tool, high-speed downhole information upload, coil tubing technology, casing and tail pipe drilling technology, deepwater drilling, polar-area drilling, shale gas drilling, real-time drilling optimization and remote monitoring technology, new-type drilling fluid and plugging materials. New materials, new equipment and information technology have made it possible to drill the resources under the extreme environment. MWD technology, remote control and automatic operation are helpful for settlement of complicated geological bottlenecks and satisfaction of increasingly higher HSE standards.

摘要: 非常规油气、深层、深水、极地油气的勘探开发及新能源技术的发展对钻井技术提出了更高需求。近年来国外钻井技术的新进展主要包括高效起下钻机和自动化钻机、高效PDC钻头和辅助破岩工具、高造斜率旋转导向工具、井下信息高速上传、连续管技术、套管与尾管钻井技术、深水钻井、极地钻井、页岩气钻井、钻井实时优化与远程监控技术、新型钻井液及堵漏材料等方面,新材料、新装备、信息化技术为极端环境下的资源钻探提供可能,随钻技术、远程控制和自动化操作将有助于解决复杂地质条件难题,满足要求越来越高的HSE标准。
