Abstract: The key words and scope for search are determined according to the contents of high-precision 3D seismic technology. The patent information service platform of China’s national key industries and the retrieval platform of the Sate Intellectual Property Office are selected for retrieval. The related retrieval strategies and methods are used to screen, categorize and calculate the patents of collected high-precision 3D seismic technology. This paper also makes analysis and assessment from the angle of patented technology and ownership. It summarizes the current conditions and characteristics of patent distribution both at home and abroad. From the strategic planning vision, the paper comes up with suggestions on development of independent intellectual property in the high precision 3D seismic technological area.

摘要： 依据高精度三维地震的技术内涵,确定主要检索主题词和范围,选择中国国家重点产业专利信息服务平台和国家知识产权局检索平台检索,采用相应的检索策略和手段对收集到高精度三维地震的技术专利进行了筛选、归类、统计,从专利技术、权利归属等角度进行了分析评价,归纳了国内外专利分布现状和特点;并从战略规划角度提出了发展高精度三维地震技术领域的自主知识产权的建议。
