Abstract: Great success in commercialization of shale gas production in the United States makes shale gas exploitation a focus of energy study around the world. Based on analysis and study of the characteristics of shale gas reservoir and development, this paper makes briefings about global shale gas resources, US shale gas production and consumption as well as the current conditions of foreign shale gas exploitation. It also summarizes China’s shale gas work conditions in terms of four areas --- scientific research institutions, governmental organizations, enterprises, and international cooperation. It comes up with a series of suggestions on China’s shale gas industrialization, such as technological research, enlistment of talents, diversification of investors, orderly competition, and perfection of natural gas prizing market mechanism.

摘要： 美国页岩气规模化、商业化生产的巨大成功使页岩气的开发利用问题成为世界能源研究的热点。在对页岩气气藏和开发特征分析研究的基础上,介绍了全球页岩气资源量、美国页岩气产消量,以及当前国外页岩气的开发利用情况,并从科研单位、政府机构、企业单位及国际合作4个方面归纳了我国在页岩气领域的工作开展情况,对我国页岩气的产业化开发提出了若干建议,如注重技术攻关、人才储备、投资主体多元化、有序竞争、完善天然气价格市场机制等,以供决策者参考。
