Promote Application of Coiled Tubing Unit Technology in Qinghai Oilfield

青海油田连续管作业技术推广应用的启示

Abstract: Coiled tubing unit can be widely used for drilling, well completion, oil production and workover in the oil and gas industry with a number of advantages, such as short service period, low accident rate, low damage on formation and good for reentry. However, thanks to a variety of causes, coiled tubing unit has not been widely used since it was introduced into China in the 1970s. In recent years, CNPC has launched a special project to promote application of this independentlydeveloped technology and process for coiled tubing unit. Qinghai Oilfield is one of the places selected for wider application of the technology and equipment. Based on the actual conditions of oil fields, the efforts were focused on conversion of concepts, continual development and perfection of technology, specialization of service, and enlargement of application. With high-level specialized technological service working staff, Qinghai Oilfield has developed two unique technological processes --- low-pressure gas well coiled tubing nitrogen and foam sand washing service process and coiled tubing clean out integrated service process. The workload of a single unit exceeds 120 well times per year, reaching the world’s advanced level for large-scale application and turning downhole operation from the low-end labor service to modern downhole service pattern. With remarkable economic performance achieved, application of coiled tubing unit has promoted oil and gas engineering technological development.

摘要: 连续管作业机可广泛应用于油气工业的钻井、完井、采油、修井等多个技术作业领域,具有作业周期短、事故率低、地层伤害小和重入性好等优点。我国自20世纪70年代引进至今,因种种原因推广应用发展速度不快。近年来,中国石油集团将这项自主研发的技术设备与工艺的推广应用设立为重大推广专项,统一协调、配套完善、联合推广。青海油田作为参与单位之一,从油田实际情况出发,推广应用中做好5个坚持,即:坚持把转变观念放在首位、坚持技术的不断发展和完善、坚持用字当先、坚持专业化服务、坚持规模化应用取胜。建立起高水平的专业化技术服务队伍,形成了低压气井连续管氮气泡沫冲砂作业工艺和连续管通洗井一体化作业工艺两项特色工艺,单车年作业量平均超120井次,达到国际规模应用的先进水平,实现井下作业由低端劳务型向现代井下作业服务模式的转变,取得了显著的综合经济效益,推动了油气工程技术发展。
