Abstract: The petroleum and petrochemical sector belongs to the technologically-concentrated industry with high investment and risks. The related research institutes take knowledge as an important source for core competitiveness. Knowledge management can effectively make research institutes adapted to the changing environment, increasing their adaptability and competitiveness. This paper briefs about the concepts on knowledge and knowledge management as well as knowledge management performed by petroleum and petrochemical enterprises both at home and abroad. Based on the national standards on knowledge management and SECI model, the application framework and implementation methods for knowledge management are designed for the petroleum technological sector. Taking Sinopec Changling Company for example, this paper elaborates what can be achieved by knowledge management in technological research and production. Integration and processing knowledge resources is helpful to knowledge creation, boosting the employees’ creation capability and bringing about continual creation of the enterprise.

摘要： 石油石化业投入大、风险高,属于技术密集型行业,相关科研院所将知识作为核心竞争力的重要来源。知识管理可以有效促进科研机构适应环境变化,增强组织适应性和竞争能力。介绍了知识及其管理的概念,以及国内外石油石化企业知识管理情况,并依据国家知识管理标准和SECI模型,设计了面向石油技术领域知识管理的应用框架和实施方法,以长岭石化为例,详细阐述了知识管理在科研生产中的作用和成效。通过知识资源整合与再加工,将有助于知识创新,提升员工创新能力,实现企业持续创新。
