Abstract: Snubbing operation is a new bright spot of downhole operation technology newly developed in recent years. It’s an edge tool to raise single-well production. To accelerate the upgrading of gas-well snubbing technology and equipment in order to accommodate E & D demands and trend, China National Petroleum Corporation focused the breakthrough point on field tests of gas-well subbing technology and equipment. To ensure the tests scientific and safe, innovations were continually made, superior resources centralized, and integrated management adopted. Just upon the opportunity of shale gas development in Sichuan-Chongqing area, 60 snubbing jobs have been tried on gas wells, including pipe stripping, hot-tapping and milling. And another 13 snubbing jobs were test-proved in well workover operations. All those jobs have guaranteed the effective development of unconventional tight-gas or shale-gas resources. Remarkable results have been achieved. The annual production is increased by 14400×10⁴m³, a direct economical benefit of 200 million RMB created, the snubbing technology & equipment upgraded, and the snubbing operation largely improved.

摘要： 带压作业是近年来井下作业技术发展的新亮点，是稳定和提高单井产量的一把利剑。为了加速气井带压作业装备和技术升级，适应勘探开发发展趋势和生产需求，中国石油天然气集团公司找准着力点和突破点，组织实施了气井带压作业技术与装备现场试验。项目实施过程中不断创新，集中经费、优势资源，实施一体化管理，确保现场试验科学安全。依托川渝页岩气大开发机遇，先后实施起下管串、带压钻磨铣等现场试验60井次及隐患井治理13井次，有效保障了致密气、页岩气等非常规油气开发效果，实现年增产14400×10⁴m³，直接经济效益1.73亿元，取得显著成效，技术装备实现升级换代，作业实力大幅提升。
