石油工程“四提”技术进展与攻关方向

Abstract: In recent years, Sinopec Oilfield Service Corporation continued to make study of the key petroleum engineering technology, improve the related equipment and focus on the information development direction to modernize a variety of technologies. In the light of the petroleum engineering objectives to“ improve quality, speed, efficiency and production”, this article elaborates a series of petroleum engineering technological achievements as result of “four improvements”, such as rotary steering,casing drilling, drilling string automation equipment, re-construction of wellbore, and re-fracturing. Significant progress was also made in engineering quality, drilling speed, service efficiency, and production from oil and gas wells, effectively supporting exploration and development of deep and ultra-deep layers and unconventional and low-graded oil and gas resources. With the exploration targets becoming increasingly complicated and development increasingly difficult, it is necessary to further promote highefficiency and high-quality development of oil and gas resources by means of technological innovation and equipment modernization. Based on the existing theories and practice, it is proposed to make efforts for cross-disciplinary integration and empowering, develop disruptive technologies and couple professional information knowledge to re-accelerate improvement of petroleum engineering technologies.

摘要: 近年来,中石化石油工程技术服务股份有限公司持续攻关石油工程技术重点领域,提升装备水平,把握信息化发展方向,实现众多技术的迭代升级。文章围绕石油工程“提质、提速、提效、提产”工作目标,重点阐述了旋转导向、套管钻井、钻井管柱自动化装备、重建井筒重复压裂等一系列石油工程“四提”技术成果,在工程质量、钻井速度、施工效率和油气井产量方面取得长足进步,有效支撑了深层特深层、非常规、低品位油气资源的勘探与开发。随着勘探目标日趋复杂,开发难度不断增加,亟须通过技术革新和装备升级进一步推动油气资源高效高质开发,在现有理论实践基础上,提出开展跨界融合赋能、研发颠覆性技术、耦合信息化专业知识等建议和对策,力求石油工程“四提”再加速。
