Abstract: Compacted oil drilling steel wireline can effectively improve the safety and service life of steel wireline. Compacted steel wireline is made by means of die drawing and roller process. Metal density of compacted steel wireline is increased by 9 to 12 percent as compared to the commonly-structured steel wireline of the same specification. The tightness of the structure is higher. The breaking force is about 20 percent higher as compared to common steel wireline. Compacted steel wireline is characterized for its pressure durability, wearing resistance, impact resilience and structural stability. The contact area between steel wireline and concave groove in increased, reducing the contact stress between them. Compacted steel wireline can be used to replace the conventionally-structure steel wireline thanks to its good stability and high service life.

摘要: 压实股钻井钢丝绳可有效提高钢丝绳安全性能及使用寿命,采用模拉及辊轧方法生产,金属密度比同规格普通结构的钢丝绳密度增加了9%~12%,结构紧密程度更高,破断拉力比普通钢丝绳要高20%左右。压实股钢丝绳具有良好的抗压性、耐磨损、抗冲击、结构稳定性。钢丝绳与轮槽接触面增加,减小了钢丝绳与轮槽之间接触应力;在使用过程中有良好的稳定性及较高寿命,用它替代常规结构钢丝绳具有较高的性价比。
