关于我国陆上油气开发超前储备技术评价标准的探讨

Abstract: China's national oil and gas strategy and the production status of oil and gas companies promote the construction of prospective oil and gas technology innovation system. The selection and determination of the most cutting-edge leading reserve technology is directly related to the development capacity in later stage. Therefore, to systematically study and work out the evaluation standard of leading reserve technology has great significance. According to the analysis about the challenge confronted by China's land oil and gas development and the technical requirement from national overall development strategy, this paper proposed the goal that the leading reserve technology tended to achieve and the principle of evaluation, designed the evaluation system of five indexes including the degree of advancement, the degree of maturity, the degree of demand, the degree of modernization, and the degree of possibility, and specified the limits of evaluation standard. On the basis of multi-factor index system, this paper gave the methods for calculating reserve value and the standard of technical classification based on reserve value.

摘要: 我国油气的国家战略和企业的生产形势推动着油气的前瞻性科技创新体系建设,其最前沿的超前储备技术的筛选与确定直接关系着后期的发展能力,因此,系统地研究制订超前储备技术的评价标准具有重要的意义。根据我国陆上油气面临的挑战和国家整体发展战略的技术需求分析,提出了超前储备技术实现的目标及评价的原则,设计了包括先进程度、成熟程度、需求程度、现代程度、可能程度5个指标的评价体系,并进行了评价标准的界定,基于多因素的指标体系,给出了储备价值计算的方法及以储备价值为依据的技术分类标准。
