Abstract: Traditional API lubricant of thread is oil based, containing heavy metal and other non biodegradable filler. It does not only pollute the environment, but is also harmful to human body. As drilling and production condition becomes more and more difficult, the use of common API lubricant of thread is not ideal for high-temperature and high-pressure gas wells. The advanced sealing lubricant of thread CATTS101 is a polymer matrix, continuing mica, special graphite powder and other inorganic materials, combined with modern adhesive technology. Through laboratory tests and application in many oilfields, it is shown that CATTS101 has good sealing property, can prevent high-pressure fluid and gas, is impervious to chemical attack, and can bear high-temperature "baking". It expands API thread casing application. CATTS101combined with API casing work in some oil and gas fields can replace the expensive special thread casing. This does not only meet the technical requirements of oilfields, but also greatly reduces the cost of oilfield development.

摘要： 传统的API螺纹脂属于油基螺纹脂,含有重金属等非生物降解填料,不仅污染环境,而且对人体也有危害。随着石油钻采条件越来越苛刻,在高温高压气井条件下使用普通的API螺纹脂也并不是理想的选择。已开发出的高密封性螺纹脂CATTS101,是以聚合物为基体,以云母、特殊石墨粉等无机材料为填料,结合现代胶黏剂技术制成。经过实验室检测和多个油田的现场应用证明,具有良好的气密封性,可以防止高压流体和气体侵入,不受化学侵蚀,能承受高温"焙干"。该螺纹脂拓展了API螺纹套管的应用范围,在部分油气田以CATTS101配合API螺纹套管的开发方案取代价格昂贵特殊螺纹套管,不但满足了油田现场的技术要求,也大幅降低了油田开发成本。
