Abstract: 1,6-Hexanediol is a new type of polymeric monomer for synthesizing special polyester, and the production technology has only been owned bya few foreign companies. This paper introduces the environmental friendly adipic acid esterification and fixed bed continuous hydrogenation technologyfor producing 1,6-hexanediol, which is independently developed by PetroChina Liaoyang Petrochemical Company, acquired by industrial upgrading anddevelopment, and succeeding lab trial, model trial, and pilot trial conducted successively. The company has completed design of a 10,000-tonnage systematic1,6-hexanediol production technology package, of which the production technology and product quality reach international advanced level.

摘要： 1,6-己二醇是一种合成特种聚酯的新型共聚单体,其生产技术仅为少数国外公司所掌握。文章介绍了中国石油辽阳石化公司根据产业升级和发展的需求,自主创新开发的环境友好型己二酸酯化和固定床连续加氢的1,6-己二醇生产技术,以及先后开展的小试、模试、中试研究情况。该公司现已完成了万吨级成套生产工艺包的设计,生产技术和产品质量达到国外先进水平。
