Abstract: To meet the requirement of the Second West-East Gas Pipeline Project, Julong Steel Pipe Company has successfully developed X80 φ1219×25.7/27.5/32mm longitudinal submerged arc welded steel pipe. The Company has made breakthroughs in steel plate design, steel pipe forming, welding, hole enlargement, non-destructive inspection, and chemical and physical test, etc. All this effectively guarantees the quality of steel pipe. The pipe conforms to the technical specification and provides powerful guarantee for construction of the Second West-East Gas Pipeline Project.

摘要： 为满足西气东输二线工程的需要,渤海石油装备巨龙钢管公司在全世界首次成功研发了X80钢级φ1219mm×25.7/27.5/32mm直缝埋弧焊管,在钢板成分设计、钢管成型、焊接、扩径、无损检验、理化试验等各方面取得了多项工艺技术的突破,有效保证了钢管实物质量。该产品各项性能均符合技术条件的要求,为西气东输二线管道工程建设提供了有力的保障。
