X80钢级φ1219×18.4mm螺旋焊管的研制与应用

Abstract: The X80 φ1219mm×18.4 mm HSAW pipe and welding auxiliary materials including filler metal and flux used for X80 steel are developed for the urgent need of the Second West-East Gas Pipeline Project. Low carbon and high niobium alloy system has been applied to the new product, and mass industrial production of hot-rolled coils with 18.4 mm (WT) has been realized. The HSAW pipe conforms to Q/SY GJX 0102-2007 "Technical Specification of HSAW Pipe for the Second West-East Gas Pipeline Project", and it has now been applied to the Second West-East Gas Pipeline Project.

摘要： X80钢级φ1219mm×18.4mm螺旋埋弧焊管、X80管线钢焊接材料(焊丝、焊剂)等新产品,是为满足西气东输二线工程的急需而开发的。该产品应用了低碳、高铌钢的合金体系,实现了18.4mm热轧卷板的大批量工业化生产。研制成功的X80钢级φ1219mm×18.4mm螺旋埋弧焊管,各项技术指标均满足Q/SYGJX0102-2007《西气东输二线工程用螺旋埋弧焊管技术条件》要求。目前,该产品已应用于西气东输二线管道工程。
