Abstract: This study elaborates OKR (objectives and key results) management conception and its substantial connotations in management of the oil and gas field development designing projects, namely determining the orientation through the objective and quantifying the objective through the key results to keep the team focusing on the challenging target. Formulation of OKR includes four steps -- designing of objective, clarification of the key results, selection of difficulty coefficient for the key results, and dynamic follow-up and evaluation. The practice shows that OKR can inspire members of the project team, improve efficiency of project management, accelerate efficient delivery of the project results, help the company bring about its strategic objectives and support the company for business improvement and high-quality development. It is proposed to focus on five areas in OKR implementation: setting up of the priorities for objective, making enough communications so that the members can accurately understand the tasks for objective, having a plan and a person responsible for each work, focusing efforts on the key objective, and drawing lessons from the failure.

摘要： 阐释OKR管理理念及其在油气田开发设计类项目管理中的本质内涵，即以目标来明确方向，以关键结果来量化目标，使团队聚焦于有挑战性的目标。制定OKR包括设定目标、明确关键结果、选择关键结果难度系数、动态跟踪与评估4个步骤。实践显示OKR可激发项目团队成员的主动性，提升项目管理整体效率，促进项目成果高效交付，促进公司战略目标实现，为公司业务水平提升和高质量发展提供支撑。建议OKR实施中重点关注5个方面：目标设置优先级，充分沟通确保成员准确理解目标任务，每项工作必须有计划及责任人，集中力量聚焦关键目标，失败的积极意义在于吸取教训。
