XGF型组合式过滤分离器

Abstract: The compact, high-efficiency and energy-saving combined filter separator is developed on the basis of integrated and optimized design, research on core components and performance test, bringing about localization of the key technology for combined filter separator. The invented electric-driven quick-opening self-elevated blind flange and rotating structure solve the bottlenecks that large-scale vertical blind flange is opened by means of hoisting machine or lifting device without self-elevating function and rotating structure. The tangential multi-inlet double-cone spiral duct rotating separating element is independently developed, which is compact in structure, high in efficiency and low in pressure drop. Detachable cyclone separator and filtering coalescence component are optimized in design, reducing the height of equipment and improving its performance. The developed exclusive lifting device is tight-structured and convenient for operation.

摘要: 为实现组合式过滤分离核心技术国产化并解决现有技术中存在的难题,通过对分离器进行集成优化设计、核心元件研发和性能测试,研发出结构紧凑、效率高和运行能耗低的组合式过滤分离器,实现了整体国产化。发明的电力驱动式快开盲板自提升与旋转机构,解决了国际上大型立式快开盲板无提升和旋转机构需借助吊车或吊葫芦才能开启的难题;自主研发的切向多入口双锥体螺旋芯管旋风分离元件,结构紧凑、效率高、压降低;优化设计的可拆卸式旋风与过滤聚结组件,降低了设备高度、提高了性能;研发的分离内件专用吊装机构,结构紧凑、操作使用方便。
