清管器在线跟踪定位系统

Abstract: The new-type tracing and positioning system of pig includes a management center of oil and gas transferring stations, indicators along the pipeline, and positioning devices and magnetic-transmitting devices equipped on the pig. The management center can remotely set the operating parameters of indicators by means of wireless mobile communication network. The indicators connect signals from passage of the pig and send the results from identification of signals to the management center. The positioning device can precisely locate the pig when it clogs in the pipeline. The magnetic launcher device transmits specific magnetic signals to facilitate tracing and positioning. This system traces the pig without manpower. When the pig is clogging, it can be located between the two adjacent indicators. Therefore, as compared to the original service, this system reduces labor intensity and cleaning cost if not influenced by the environmental, weather and traffic factors.

摘要: 新型清管器跟踪定位系统由输油气站的管理中心、分布于沿线的指示器、定位器和搭载在清管器上的磁发射装置等组成。管理中心通过无线移动通信网络远程设置指示器工作参数;指示器采集清管器通过时的信号,并将信号识别结果传输到管理中心;定位器用于精确定位卡、堵在管道内的清管器;磁发射装置用于发射便于跟踪和定位的特定磁信号。该系统进行清管作业时不需要人工跟踪,清管器卡堵时只要在某一段对其定位。与原来作业方式相比,消除了环境、天气、交通等客观条件的影响,降低了工人劳动强度和频繁清管作业成本。
