Abstract: To meet the demand for offshore deepwater oil and gas exploration, BOMCO has developed the 9000-meter deepwater drilling package on the basis of the existing onshore 9000-meter drilling rig. With adoption of modern design method, the overall weight of drilling package is controlled thanks to the efforts to improve the structures and materials of the main parts, such as conventional deep-well derrick of onshore drilling rig and large-power winch, and optimize the weight of various units. Technological research is focused on the overloaded rolling rig sliding device and overall positive pressure explosion-proof driller room in the light of the requirements for offshore drilling process, filling the domestic technological blanks in design and manufacture of offshore deep-well derrick, overloaded rolling rig sliding device, development of large-diameter diverter and overall positive pressure driller room. The first set of 9000-meter deepwater drilling package was delivered in early 2012 and used to drill dozens of wells abroad. All the facilities of the package have been under normal operation and reliable performance in the past three years. The 9000-meter deepwater drilling package is cost-effective and under mass production, breaking the technological monopoly of foreign offshore deep-well drilling rig.

摘要: 为了勘探开发海洋深井油气资源,宝鸡石油机械有限责任公司在已有陆地9000m深井钻机的基础上研制了9000m海洋钻井包。采用现代设计方法,对陆地钻机常规深井井架、大功率绞车等主要部件通过结构改进及材料优选方式,将各单元设备重量进行优化,实现钻井包总体重量控制;针对海洋钻井工艺要求,在重载滚动式钻台滑移装置、整体正压防爆司钻房等方面进行技术攻关,形成系列创新,在海洋深井井架设计制造技术、重载钻台滚动式滑移技术、大通径分流器研制技术、司钻房整体正压技术等填补了国内空白。首套9000m海洋钻井包2012年初正式交付用户,已在国外完成钻井数十口,历经3年多考验,各设备运转正常,性能可靠。9000m海洋钻井包性价比良好,实现批量化产出,打破了国外在海洋深井钻机方面的技术垄断。
