Abstract: GW-CF low residue fracturing fluid system is independently developed as a low residue, low concentration and high flowback system, which is used mainly in acidizing and fracturing of low-permeability formation. This system includes low residue thickener and five related additives, which are based on some unique technologies, such as the designed low residue guar gum thickener molecular structure, high-efficiency and easy-control synthetic process and low concentration guar gum efficient cross-linking. The system has a number of advantages, such as low concentration, high sand-carrying capability, low filtration loss, low friction, high flowback rate and good results for increase of production.With a broad prospect for application, this system meets the demand for economicandhigh-efficiency development of low-permeability oil and gasreservoirs.

摘要: GW-CF低残渣压裂液体系,是针对油气田酸化压裂作业中低渗透率地层而自主研发的一种低残渣、低浓度、高返排的压裂液体系。该体系包括低残渣增稠剂和5个配套助剂,通过低残渣瓜尔胶增稠剂分子结构设计和高效、易控合成工艺及低浓度瓜尔胶有效交联等独创技术实现,具有使用浓度低、携砂能力强、滤失量小、摩阻低、返排率高、增产效果好等优点,满足了低渗透油气藏的经济、高效开采的需要,具有广阔的应用前景。
