Technical Research on High Efficient Treatment of Produced Liquid by Thermoelectric Composite

热电复合高效处理采出液的技术研究

Abstract: Based on produced liquid dehydration technology research in recent years, and targeted at the situation of difficult dehydration of oilfield EOR polymer flooding produced liquid, the efficient thermoelectric composite oil-water treatment process was put forward, and the high-efficiency thermoelectric composite oilwater separator was developed. This paper described the structure, principle and application of the device. Three means were used to achieve efficient oil-water separation such as high gravity field separation, thermochemical settlement and electric dehydration technology. As a result, water in processed oil was reduced to less than 5%, and the energy-saving effect was significantly increased as compared with similar-sized device, with the system energy losses being reduced by 15%. The device is highly integrated and low running costs.

摘要: 在对近年来采出液脱水技术调查研究的基础上,针对目前油田三次采油阶段聚合物驱采出液脱水难的现状,提出了热电复合高效油水处理工艺,研制成功了热电复合高效油水处理器。文章介绍了该设备的结构、原理及其现场应用情况。通过超重力场分离、热化学沉降、电脱水三重技术手段,实现了油水分离效果好,处理后油中含水小于5%;节能降耗效果显著,与同类规模装置相比系统能量损耗降低15%;设备集成化高,运行成本低。
