香兰素及其乙醛酸法合成工艺技术

Abstract: Vanillin is a kind of edible synthetic fragrance and chemical intermediate that has been most widely used in the world fragrance field. Thispaper briefly introduces the use of vanillin, the research background, technology principle, characteristics, and innovativeness of glyoxylic acid method ofVanillin Factory, Jilin Chemical Group Corporation. The technology has such characteristics as simple process, high yield, good quality, less pollution to theenvironment, and the effluent could be disposed by biochemical methods, etc. It has achieved industrialization successfully.

摘要: 香兰素是世界香料领域应用最为广泛的食用合成香料和化工中间体。文章简述了香兰素的用途,以及吉化集团公司香兰素厂的乙醛酸法的工艺技术的开发背景、工艺原理、技术特点和创新性。乙醛酸法合成香兰素工艺具有流程短、收率高、产品质量好、环境污染轻、排放的废液可生化处理等特点,该工艺技术已成功实现产业化。
