Abstract: This paper introduces the development of slim hole drilling fluid of CNPC Xibu Drilling Engineering Company Limited. The company puts forwardsuch development ideas as the reduction of annular pressure loss, the enhancement of suspension and carrying capability, the enhancement of wall buildingto prevent plugging and collapse, the protection of oil and gas zones, and the enhancement of lubricating and anti-jamming capability, and develops low solidand slim hole polymer sulfonate drilling fluid, based on analyzing the difficulties in drilling operation. The new drilling fluid has been applied to 56 wellsin Yumen Oilfield, Turpan-Hami Oilfield, and the oilfields of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, which shows high shear-thinning ability and lubricating ability,strong suspension and carrying capability, good purification effect, favorable anti-plugging and wall building performance, and very good effect in reservoirprotection.

摘要: 文章介绍了中国石油集团西部钻探工程有限公司小井眼钻井液的开发情况,他们通过对钻井作业中遇到的钻井液难点进行分析,提出了降低环空压力消耗、增强悬浮携带能力、增强封堵、防塌、保护油气层和润滑防卡能力等技术研发思路,开发出了低固相聚合物磺化小井眼钻井液。该钻井液在玉门油田、吐哈油田,以及乌兹别克斯坦和哈萨克斯坦的油田56口井中应用试验和推广,表现出了良好的剪切稀释特性、润滑性,悬浮携带能力强、净化效果好,具有良好的封堵造壁性能,油层保护效果也很好。
