海上丛式井网整体加密井眼轨迹防碰绕障技术应用

Abstract: During the process of overall readjustment on offshore oilfields, wellbore anti-collision has become the key factor that restricts the infill drilling of cluster well group. For the difficulties of offshore oilfields, using well path optimization and the anti-collision and barrier-bypassing design, the path control technology of overall infill drilling is implemented. Through the application to L Platform in SZ36-1 Oilfield, it is shown that the technology could effectively prevent the accident of wellbore collision and make drilling easier.

摘要: 海上油田综合调整过程中,井眼防碰已经成为制约丛式井网加密钻采的关键因素。针对海上油田单平台井数多、井间距离小、丛式井网密集的特点,利用井眼轨迹优化和防碰绕障设计,实施丛式井网整体加密钻采井眼轨迹防碰绕障技术。在绥中36-1油田L平台应用效果证明,该技术能够有效防止井下碰撞事故的发生,减小钻井施工的难度。
