Abstract: Highly demand for conserving energy and reducing pollution as a result of climate change, government officers of every country contact frequently to find out approaches to dealing with it. On the Copenhagen conference, our government solemnly promised that by 2020 our carbon dioxide emissions would drop by 40%~45% as compared with 2005. Petrochemical industry in China has completed structure adjustment after the 11th Five-Year Plan period, energy conservation and pollution reduction has achieved a lot. But to achieve the goal, we still have a lot of hard work to do. Based on analyzing the situation we face, this paper summarizes the experience in energy conservation and pollution reduction, and puts forward some suggestions for future work.

摘要: 气候变化引起的节能减排呼声日趋高涨,各国政要频频接触以寻求对策。在2009年举行的哥本哈根会议上我国政府已向全球郑重承诺,到2020年单位国内生产总值二氧化碳排放量将比2005年下降40%~45%。我国石化行业经过"十一五"的结构调整,节能减排工作取得了显著的成就,但是承担这样约束性指标相应的责任,还有艰苦的路要走。文章在分析我国石化行业节能减排所面临形势的基础上,总结了节能减排的经验,对今后应该采取的举措提出了一些意见和建议。
