生物环保酶解堵增油技术在埕岛油田的应用

Abstract: Due to impurities accumulation and colloid and asphaltene crustation at immediate vicinity of wellbore, there is a blockage in the strata of some wellblocks in Chengdao Oilfield, filtrational resistance increases, strata deliverability is inadequate, and oil wells cannot be put into normal production. Blockage remover with biologic enzyme is used in the oilfield to remove blockage successfully. This paper briefly introduces the causes of reservoir blockage and the mechanism of using biologic enzyme to remove blockage and improve production as well as the field application in recent years. It is regarded that production could be improved greatly and remarkable economic benefits could be obtained by using the new method.

摘要: 埕岛油田部分井区由于地层内杂质在近井地带积累,原油中的胶质、沥青质等在近井地带和井眼附近结垢,造成近井地带地层堵塞,渗流阻力增大,地层供液能力不足,油井不能正常生产。该油田采用生物酶解堵剂解堵获得成功。文章简介了油层堵塞原因、生物酶解堵增油机理,以及近几年的现场应用情况,认为此方法增油效果好,经济效益明显。
