Abstract: Under the background of low-carbon economic transition accelerated worldwide, scientific and technological innovation has become a key engine for energy industrial transition. Focusing on the three main trends--sustainable oil and gas development, green and low-carbon energy transition and intelligent energy, this article discusses the situation and challenges facing development of oil, gas and new energy scientific and technological innovation. It also elaborates that oil and gas technology is developing in four directions--ultra-macro, ultra-micro, ultra-harsh environment and cross-disciplinary areas while new energy technology is developing in the multi-element, high-efficiency, large-scale and low-cost directions. In addition,digital and intelligent technology also empowers traditional oil and gas industrial transition and upgrading as well as intelligent development of new energy industry. This article focuses on three main challenges--the characteristics of oil, gas and new energy scientific and technological innovation and oil and gas industrial transition and upgrading, new energy industrial innovation and development, and in-depth digital and intelligent transition. It also looks into the 10 key energy technologies which are hopeful to be put into commercialized application in the upcoming three decades, and comes up with the suggestions related to promotion of energy scientific and technological innovation. Those suggestions include higher governmental investment in scientific research, enhancement of collaboration among industry, universities and research institutes, perfection of the laws and regulations, protection of intellectual property rights, promotion of international exchange, fostering of cross-disciplinary talents,and launch of the demonstration projects. Scientific and technological innovation not only holds the key to meeting global climatic changes but also works as an strategic option to improve the national competitiveness and secure energy supplies.Sustainable innovation is the only way to ensure high-quality energy industrial development and help establish the clean, lowcarbon,safe and high-efficiency modern energy system.

摘要: 在全球加速向低碳经济转型的背景下,科技创新成为能源行业转型的核心驱动力。聚焦油气可持续发展、能源绿色低碳转型和智慧能源3大方向,探讨油气和新能源科技创新发展面临的形势与挑战,阐述油气科技正朝着极宏观、极微观、极端环境和极交叉“四极”方向发展;新能源科技正朝着多元化、高效化、规模化和低成本化“四化”方向发展;数智技术赋能传统油气产业转型升级和新能源产业智慧化发展。从油气和新能源科技创新特点和面临的油气产业转型升级、新能源产业创新发展、数智化转型深入3大挑战出发,展望未来30年有望实现商业化应用的10大关键能源技术,并提出促进能源科技创新的相关建议,主要包括政府加大科研投入,强化产学研合作,完善法律法规,保护知识产权,推进国际交流,培养复合型人才,开展试点示范项目。科技创新不仅是应对全球气候变化的关键,也是提升国家竞争力和保障能源安全的战略选择。唯有持续创新,才能确保能源行业高质量发展,并助力构建清洁低碳、安全高效的现代能源体系。
