石油工程产品成熟度评价方法研究与创新实践

Abstract: Research and development of petroleum engineering products is a complicated systematic process. How to guarantee product quality and reliability is still one of the key problems to be solved for the industry at the present time. No standards concerning product maturity has been formulated in the domestic petroleum engineering industry. Sinopec Research Institute of Petroleum Engineering Co., Ltd. established the technological R&D quality management standards system and formulated the evaluation methods for grading the innovative petroleum engineering products. It also defined the grades of petroleum engineering products maturity in four categories and divided the product maturity into nine grades. In addition, it brought the innovative petroleum engineering products under maturity evaluation and application, testing the feasibility of the product maturity theories and evaluation methods. The purpose is to control the product-making and tangible process of scientific research achievements, optimize the R&D process and provide the mindset and reference for grading the maturity of petroleum industrial products

摘要: 石油工程产品研发是一个复杂的系统过程,如何保证产品质量和可靠性仍是目前行业内亟待解决的关键问题。国内石油工程行业尚未制定产品成熟度相关标准,中国石化石油工程技术研究院通过搭建技术研发质量管理标准体系,建立了石油工程创新产品成熟度定级评价方法,提出了4类石油工程产品成熟度的等级定义,将产品成熟度分为9 个等级,并对石油工程创新产品开展成熟度评价应用工作,验证产品成熟度理论和评价方法的可行性,实现科研成果的产品化和有形化的过程控制,优化了研发流程,为石油行业产品成熟度定级提供了思路和借鉴。
