Abstract: To meet the demand for complicated oil and gas reservoirs, high-precision imaging and high-efficiency exploration, Bureau of Geophysical Prospecting (BGP) introduced the latest international project management process to cope with a series of challenges, such as rapid technological development of current seismic data processing business, various business demands and the difficulty to solve a magnitude of multi-dimension multi-source heterogeneous data. Based on application of the newgeneration seismic imaging technology, BGP highlighted life-cycle quality control and created a complete seismic data processing project life-cycle management system covering production, business, resources, and personnel. It also established the intelligent digital platform for integration of supervision, management and control to bring about life-cycle quality supervision, project management full cost control for seismic data processing projects. While improving the operational efficiency and management ability of project, BGP also kept continual high-quality development of processing business and effectively helped the domestic oilfields make breakthroughs in exploration of complicated oil and gas reservoirs, thus providing a favorable decision-making basis for the company’s future development.

摘要: 为适应复杂油气藏、高精度成像、高效勘探的新需求,针对目前地震资料处理业务技术发展快、业务需求多、海量多维多源异质异构数据把控难等挑战,东方物探引入国际先进的项目管理程序,以新一代地震成像技术应用为基础,以全流程质量监控为切入点,创建了一套完整的涵盖生产、经营、资源、人事等业务的地震资料处理项目全生命周期管理体系,并完成了监督、管理、控制一体数智化平台建设,实现地震资料处理项目全生命周期的质量监控、项目管理及全成本控制,提升项目运营效率和管理水平的同时,保障了处理业务的高质量发展,有力支撑了国内各大油田复杂油气藏勘探的持续突破,为公司未来发展决策提供了有力依据。
