大力发展旋转导向钻井    促进非常规油气革命

Abstract: Rotary steerable drilling has been put into large-scale application overseas. It has become the indispensable equipment for unconventional oil and gas drilling and promoted unconventional oil and gas revolution in the United States, changing the global energy situation. Currently, this technology is used to drill horizontal wells at home in a small proportion. Instead, sliding steerable drilling technology is still dominant in this area. Generally speaking, the production is increased comparatively slowly so far as development of unconventional oil and gas reservoirs is concerned, with a low single-well yield and a poor economic performance. The foreign rotary steerable technology system is under rapid development. The smart steerable technology leads to the “high-temperature, high build-up rate, multi-parameter and intelligent” new-generation products. This article compares and analyzes the progress and gaps in the Chinese and foreign unconventional oil and gas drilling and completion technology. It also proposes to enhance the basic research, such as smart rotary steerable drilling closed control and MWD data transmission,strengthen the studies of rotary steerable tools offset method, measurement control method and downhole power driving method, accelerate upgrading and extensive application of rotary steerable technology, and promote China’s unconventional oil and gas revolution.

摘要: 旋转导向钻井系统在国外水平井施工中规模应用,已成为非常规油气钻井必需装备,促进了美国非常规油气革命,改变了世界能源格局。当前,国内水平井施工应用比例较小,滑动导向钻井技术仍占据主体地位,非常规油气藏开发总体上产速度较慢、单井产量较低、经济效益较差。国外旋转导向技术系统发展迅速,智能导向技术已发展到“高温、高造斜率、多参数、智能化”新一代产品。对比分析国内外非常规油气钻完井技术应用进展和差距,建议加强智能旋转导向钻井闭环控制、随钻测量数据传输等基础研究,强化旋转导向工具偏置方式、测量控制方式、井下动力源驱动方式等攻关,加快推进旋转导向技术迭代升级和推广应用,促进我国非常规油气革命。
