摘要: 固井是油气井建井过程中的重要环节,固井质量直接关系到油气田、油气井寿命及安全生产。国外固井 技术经过100 多年的发展,在固井工艺、水泥及外加剂、固井工具及附件、固井装备等方面配套齐全。国内固井技术 经历了学习模仿、自主研发、技术突破、创新发展等阶段长期发展,特别是经过“十一五”至“十二五”的攻关,有 了长足进步。面对“深、低、非、老”勘探开发新形势,以及高含水、高采出程度老油田有效稳产的新任务,固井技 术应针对复杂地质条件、复杂工况环境和水泥环长期密封的要求,深入开展功能性固井材料与工具、信息化智能化固 井控制与检测评价一体化系统、全生命周期固井等方面的系统研究,实现产业升级换代,为油气资源及特殊能源的安 全高效勘探开发提供强有力的工程技术保障。

Abstract: Cementing is an important link in in construction of oil and gas wells. Cementing quality is directly in connection to the service life and work production of oil and gas fields as well as oil and gas wells. Based on development of more than 100 years, foreign cementing technology has a complete system in cementing process, cementing mud and additives, cementing tools and accessories as well as cementing equipment. The domestic cementing technology has experienced a long-term development of imitation, independent research, technological breakthrough and innovation. Rapid progress was made in this area particularly from the 11th Five-Year Period to 12th Five-Year Period. Currently, the high water-cut old oilfields face the new task of how to effectively keep production stable and the new exploration situation, such as deep well, low-permeability, unconventional and oil field. As a result, cement technology should meet the demand for complicated geological conditions, complicated working environment and long-time cement sheath sealing. The in-depth study should be focused on functional cementing materials and tools, informatized and intelligent cementing control, inspection and evaluation integrated system, and full life cycle cementing, thus bringing about industrial modernization and providing powerful engineering technological support for safe and high-efficiency exploration and development of oil and gas resources and unconventional energy.
