摘要: 为进一步优化简化地面设施、简化建设流程, 在工艺一体化集成装置不断推广应用的基础上, 实现油气 站场全面的“橇装化、一体化” 建设和无人值守、远程监控的数字化管理, 通过对配套电气、仪表及通信等公用设施 进行优化集成, 形成了适用于各类油气站场的电控一体化集成装置。电控装置取消了常规配电室、控制值班室、宿舍 等配套设施, 实现了工厂组装、联合调试, 大大降低现场工作量, 减少人员及环境对施工的影响, 保障了工程质量, 降低了建设造价和运行成本, 具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract: In order to further optimize the ground facilities and simplify the construction process, a comprehensive “skid assembly, integration” construction and unattended, remote monitoring digitalized management are achieved in the oil and gas stations on the basis of continuous popularization and application of the integral-process integrated devices. E-control integration devices applicable to various types of oil and gas stations are formed through optimization and integration of the supporting electrical, instrumentation, communications, and other public facilities. The utilization of these e-control devices cancels the routine power distribution room, the control duty room, the dormitory and so on. The factory assembly and united debugging has been realized, and the on-site workload is greatly decreased. So it reduced the influence of personnel and environment on the construction, effectively guaranteed the project quality, reduced the construction cost and operating cost, with a broad prospect in application.
