摘要: 为优化开采方式,形成油田开发的良性循环并实现可持续发展,胜利油田孤东采油厂实施了油田开发精益化管理。文章从油田开发精益化增效管理的内涵、实施、效果等方面,全面阐述了实施"增储扩能战略"、"低成本经营战略"、"良性开发战略"等三大战略的具体做法和取得的效果,对油田开发持续推动精益化管理、提高经济效益具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract: Gudong Oil Production Plant conducts lean management in oilfield development, to optimize production methods, create a virtuous circle of oilfield development and achieve sustainable development. This paper elaborates the specific ways Gudong Oil Production Plant has taken in implementing the strategy of increasing reserves and productivity, the strategy of low-cost business, and the strategy of benign development, and the remarkable achievements it has made, which is of certain directive significance to boosting lean management and advancing economic benefit.
