摘要: 数智化转型实质上是一场对传统工业的数字化与智能化革命。面对数字经济时代数智化转型发展大潮和油气上游业务降本增效、提质控险等价值诉求,中国石油上游业务率先开展了油气业务数智化转型实践,针对油气业务信息化过程中存在的数据库多、平台多、孤立应用多和数据共享难、技术复用难、应用开发难、业务协同难等瓶颈问题,以构建“数据湖+云平台+应用场景”敏捷应用为目标,探索了“数据湖仓化、技术平台化、能力中台化、运营生态化”的发展模式,构建了以“中台”为核心的发展策略及能力支撑体系,推进了油气上游业务数智化转型并取得显著进展,为应对行业数智化转型所面临的挑战给出了可行方案。

Abstract: Smart transition is substantially a of digital and intelligent revolution to traditional industries. Facing the development trend for smart transition in the digital economic era and the value demand in the upstream oil and gas area like cost reduction,increase of efficiency, improvement of quality and risk control, CNPC carried out smart transition in the upstream oil and gas area. The efforts were focused on a series of bottlenecks in the informatization process of the oil and gas business, such as a multi-databases multi-platforms, isolated application, and the difficulties in data sharing, technological reuse, application development and business synergy. Aiming at construct “data lake+cloud platform+application scenario” model for swift application, the company experimented the development model of“ data lake housing, technology platformization, ability central platformization and operation ecologicalization.” Therefore, it constructed the“ central platform” as the core of the development policies and the ability supporting system to promote smart transition of the upstream oil and gas business. The remarkable achievements were made in this area. It also offered workable options for settlement of the challenges for smart industrial transition.
