苏里格气田钻井复杂处理技术探索

Technology to Handle Complicated Drilling Problems in Sulige Gas Field

摘要: 苏里格气田地层复杂,易井斜,易垮塌,易井漏,机械钻速低,钻头使用量大,钻井成本,钻井液成本高,影响勘探开发进程。为了提高经济效益,进行了钻井配套工艺技术和钻井液体系的应用试验研究,通过优选PDC钻头,采用低速螺杆,优化钻井参数,优选钻井液体系,采取防漏、防塌措施,缩短了钻井周期,提高了钻井速度,取得良好的综合经济效益。在39口井应用证实,平均机械速度提高34.59%,平均完钻井时间缩短27.16%,创造了苏里格地区钻井速度最快纪录,减少了井下复杂达6.93%,完井电测一次成功率提高9.6%,钻井液成本每米下降6.36元。今后将进一步研究防漏堵漏技术,降低事故复杂,为提高钻井速度提供保证,满足安全、优质、快速钻井的需要。

Abstract: The formations of Sulige gas field are complicated and easy to cause well oblique, well catering and leakage, low mechanical drilling rate, and high drilling cost and drillingfluidcost, affectingexplorationand development progress. To improveeconomic performance, the efforts were madetostudyapplication and experiment of the systematic drilling process technology and drilling fluid system. A number of measures were taken to shorten drilling period and accelerate drilling rate, such as optimization and selection of PDC drilling bit, adoption of low-rate screw rod, optimization of drilling parameters, optimization and selection of drilling fluid system, and prevention of leakage and catering. Those measures led to satisfactory economic performance. The practice of 39 wells indicated that the average mechanical rate was improved 34.59 percent, the average drilling and completion time shortened 27.16 percent, creating a record high for drilling speed in Sulige region. With the downhole complexity reduced 6.93 percent, the one-time success rate of completion logging was improved 9.6 percent while drilling fluid cost was lowered 6.36 yuan per meter. Further efforts will be made in the future for study of anti-leakage and anti-catering technology and reduction of accident complexity so as to improve drilling rate and meet the requirements for safety, high quality and high drilling speed.
