摘要： 文章介绍了在从事海外油田开发事业过程中,如何研究海外中后期油田开发特点,寻找油田增产潜力所需掌握的至关重要的工作以及在海外找油过程中,依靠有限的资料,通过筛选,排除无经济效益或经济效益风险较大的项目的有关问题,并列举了俄罗斯吸引外资、对外合作项目萨莫特洛尔油田增产挖潜情况。

关键词: 俄罗斯, 合作项目, 油田后期开发, 增产措施

Abstract: This paper introduces how to study the late development characteristics of overseas oilfields, and the critical work had to be done to seek for stimulation potential in these oilfields. It filters limited information to discuss some problems in excluding projects without economic benefits or with higher economic risk during the process of prospecting oil abroad. Furthermore, it lists the cases of Russia attracting foreign investment, stimulation and potential tap in Samotlor Oilfield.
