Abstract: CNPC Great Wall Drilling Company has developed and produced organic clay named Sinol Gel in large quantity for the purpose to localize oil-based drilling fluid, reduced OBM cost and improve its international competitiveness. Sinol Gel was produced by means of solid-liquid coupling method, which was used for the first time in China. The gelling ratio reached and even exceeded 98 percent while the temperature tolerance was up to 230℃. The performance of Sinol Gel was better than its domestic counterparts and could match with the world-leading organic clay from US MI Company. Helpful to clean production process, this product has been successfully used at more than 90 wells drilled with OBM in China’s Sichuan, Venezuela, Algeria, Cuba and Indonesia.

摘要: 为了实现油基钻井液处理剂国产化、降低油基钻井液成本、提高国际竞争力, 研发并批量生产了有机土 SINOL GEL。该有机土采用国内首创的“二次插层固液联法” 制备, 胶体率≥98%, 抗温达230℃, 性能优于国内同类 产品, 与国际最先进的美国MI 公司生产的有机土效果持平, 清洁生产工艺, 无“三废” 产生, 已在四川威远、委内瑞 拉、阿尔及利亚、古巴、印度尼西亚等国家和地区90 多口油基钻井液现场得到成功应用。
