Abstract: The traditional mixing cement slurry for well cementing operation not only has large labor intensity, and it is also more difficult to accurately modulate dry ash metering valve. Furthermore, slurry density fluctuates greatly, directly affecting the mixing quality, and the data could not be analyzed after operation. Through the application of the automatic mixing cementing trucks manufactured by the Petroleum Machinery Factory of CNPC Bohai Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., the density and liquid level could be controlled automatically, based on accurate measurement of slurry density, recording the work condition, equipment status and work data truly and thoroughly, improving the degree of automation, and reducing the intensity and difficulty in mixing operation. This paper introduced the main technical parameters, the dynamic actuating system, the mixing slurry system and the prominent characteristics of the equipment. Its reasonable design, advanced techniques, convenient and reliable operation enable it to reach the world's most advanced level in terms of mixing slurry density control.
